** NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS**

At my core, I value humour, connection and fun, and this comes through in my work with clients of all ages.
I strive to create a brave space for children and families to be vulnerable, silly, exploratory, and whole-heartedly themselves and ultimately be a guide to our work.
I am passionate about working with adults, children and families and am here to assist in processing life’s difficulties together. I believe that human connection is at the root of any therapeutic alliance.
Outside of counselling, I am an elementary school teacher, a dog owner, a coach and a teacher and student of yoga. In my spare time, I work as a volunteer pain management coach where I support adult clients with pain management through coaching and connection.
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Applied Theatre, a Bachelor of Education and I am currently completing my Master of Counselling Psychology. I hold a 200-hour yoga teaching certificate and further training in trauma informed yoga and in work with the incarcerated population.
I am thrilled to be learning from Elena and the Starr Counselling team and am grateful to be practicing and living on the unceded territories of the Kwiketlam, Musqueam, Squamish, Stol:lo, and Tseil-Waututh Nations.
